Unable to change settings for mobile

  • When I try to change settings for my mobile, for example to increase spend cap, I get the message that my account is being updated and try again in 30 minutes. But been getting this message for weeks.  The section is greyed out and I can't make any changes.

We don't want you to have any issues with completing any changes to your account, so I can understand your frustration. I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they will be able to take a look into this, and help you to get these changes made, as well as check why this is happening, and get your account sorted moving forward.
