Unable to make calls and texts

My son's mobile phone is unable to make calls and texts. Called 2 times already and no solution. Had to fill up an "evidence" form online to describe again the fault. Looking up on the forum I see that many people had the same problem. However no explanation or quick fix for fault. I expect my bill to be credited to compensate the faulty service

Hi @zetayer   Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that your son is having this fault with this BT Mobile service. Has the fault been fixed and if not have you been told what is happening to get this fixed?

They called me yesterday and said they are passing the case to technical for a solution. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon and a credit will be made to my bill because the service is faulty

Hi @zetayer thanks for the update and your case is with the right queue. They should sort out compensation for you once the fault is fixed. If you are not getting any update or need help post back and let us know and we will chase the Mobile team for you.

Hi, the problem seems to be fixed as of today. But can I please have my bill credited with some amount. Due to the service being faulty since we got the contract?
