Have a new iPhone. Swapped the SIM but the details in my BT account are stuck on the old phone details.
Tried putting the SIM into a really old Nokia. Get settings updates etc. Then put it back into the iPhone. Get a message saying 'Your SIM is now active' but still my account has the old iPhone / IMEI details.
Does this info take a while to catch up?
Hi @Colin_London sorry that details haven't updated for your BT Mobile account. Give the Mobile team a call on 0800 800 150 and they'll be able to get this updated for you.

Thanks @JohnC2 Phoned them. Basically they said don’t worry, the information on My BT doesn’t count for anything and has no importance 🤨
They said they had no way to update it.
Mine shows a Nokia 8 and i have had 3 phones since then so i have given up worrying about it.
Makes you wonder why they bother if they know it is inaccurate. You’d have thought it was needed so they know what equipment is accessing their network.
I've just looked at my wifes and that is also 3 phones out of date 🙄
