Upgrade issue

I have two contacts on my account, one has been due an upgrade since january but every time I try to upgrade it online it does the other phone that's not eligible and says it cant carry on with my order. I've spoken to 3 different people at bt and the last one told me it was processing and then I havent been able to get through to them. Any help/ ideas
