Virus protect installation problems on a mobile

Morning all

Samsung A20e Android 9.0

Morning all

New mobile. Downloaded the BT Virus Protect app to the mobile.

Open the app and there is a procedure to choose a few options. 

A link to get an activation code appears.

Log in to my  BT OK.

Click link - blank screen.

Down powered and repeated - same result.

Any suggestions please?

I found a solution to this after I bumped the thread.

I found ...

Under 'Getting started' none of the links worked. I had this before. That might be worth looking at.

However, if you scroll down to

How can I get the BT Virus Protect app for my Android mobile or tablet? there are three options.

Option 1 didn't work.

Option 2 .  I went straight to the Google Play store App. Basically I followed the prompts, downloaded the app, logged in to my BT when prompted, got the activation code and followed the rest of the instructions.
