Check Do Not Disturb is not activated, and you could also check if Silence Unknown Callers is on as then people who withhold their number will be sent straight to VM.
Hi thanks for the reply, no I have not changed anything it use to be ok but now it goes straight to voicemail and I have just done a reboot so just need someone to call to try it
Hi I have checked all the things you mentioned, it was ok but now just goes to voicemail but the withheld sounds interesting as I get a few of them from pest callers so hopefully that is the problem
