WiFi calling

About a fortnight ago I was able to get wifi calling on my S7 (I even had the little symbol at the top of my screen) , but since the recent upgrade this facility isn't available even though wifi calling is enabled on my phone. Any ideas?

I'm afraid to say there is no real fix to get it back againother than hoping the next update brings back support. The last Android update seem to bring wifi calling to some handsets that were not officially supported by BT and took it away on others.

The only thing to check is that the APN settings have not change with the last update.

• APN: everywhere
• Authentication type: PAP
• User name: eesecure
• Password: ee

I think that Samsung may have worked out what was wrong, I've received a new update on the 8th August that has restored wi-fi calling and volte to my S7 (CSC XEU)

Fantastic! My auto updates are on but I did it manually this morning and everything has returned. Thanks!
