BT have rung as I wasn't happy with the reply I had. They are saying that if it was an issue with my mobile then it wouldn't detect the other networks I connect to. Have suggested I back up and restore and reset network settings and then I'll have to re enter all the WiFi/password etc and it should allow me to connect in work. Will see when I go back in Wednesday. Does this sound like a plan to you?

Did you read my last post.

You have said that you are trying to connect to the BTWifi network at your work. If that is the case you need to do as I have stated in the post.

BT are saying the BT WiFi app is nothing to do with this issue.

Reset my networks, looking good but no cigar, searching for network. As soon as I clicked on WiFi it found the outfit name to connect but nothing even after resetting. Totally gobsmacked, BT are saying it's the router at work as I have no issues connecting at home or on mobile data. So disappointed
