I spoke to the chat team and they said my account hadnt been provisioned yet, but have GUARANTEED it would be within 7 days.

I've ordered the EE sims, but can cancel within 14 days so hopefully it will start working as promised.

Have you tried talking to the mobile chat team? they can check to see if the sim is enabled now?

 Just confirm you have checked the following...

iphone is 6 and above, and now on 11.3

In the phone settings you have now enabled wifi calling

In the mobile data - data options - enable 4G - voice and data is selected

 

 


Just been in touch with live chat, and apparently my account has not yet been provisioned for wi-fi calling. Should me by the end of April.

Are you sure it needs an iPhone 6, according to the bt site it’s a 5s and above

They just said that to me. But said it would be the end of April.

i contacted live chat. they said its active on my account. As it wont work in my partners iphone 6 they said the sim needs replaced......

it seems you got someone on the ball this time at Mobile chat...!

The sim migration process is taking a little longer than I bet anyone thought, and it will be weeks for some rather than days. Although the sims can update at anytime so im not saying everyones will take weeks. 

The mobile chat team can now see if your sim has been enabled or not yet. But as far as a timeline to when your sim is going to enabled - I would be cautious of the over promising and under delivering phrase! I think the dates they gave to you are realistic!!
