Will BT match a competitors sim only deal?

Hi, my mobile contract is up for renewal early next month and I've seen a good deal by another provider and wondered if BT would match the deal?

I'm not sure if its something that BT do?

i would doubt it - not seen any post suggesting the do  there are no better deals for new customer than there is for renewals

if that good a deal then just move

@revy32 if you call 150 from your mobile and ask to speak to the loyalty team they may be able to provide you with a retention deal?
