I tried to add a sim card to my account.
It wasnt possible as a message said 'the landline number in your My BT account is different to your actual number'
There is instructions to correct this, but the instructions are out of date and make no sense.
Also the 'incorrect number' could not actually be viewed anywhere.
Please can you advise how I can proceed without joining lengthy phone queues ?
