disable the conditional call forwarding

I had a voicemail app on my phone called hullomail. I decided to revert to the standard voicemail and cancelled hullomail but I can't get my standard voicemail to kick back in. If I phone my own number I get a voicemail message saying 'you have dialled an incorrect number. Hullomail support say I should contact my carrier and ask them to 'disable the conditional call forwarding on your account'. I tried that but was told it wasn't something for them to do but try *#002#. I did and got a message saying all call forwarding was cancelled but still got the same problem.... Any help would be gratefully taken. Thanks.

Re: disable the conditional call forwarding

The best thing to do, is to contact the Mobile Chat Team

Its possible that the voicemail service centre number needs re-entering.
