faulty mobile

friday the 6th of jan 2017,just got ,what i thought was a new sony xa,which is faulty from the beginning,my son who is

a mobile expert,says the fault is common on reconditioned models,i hope i have not been given a recon as i thought i was

buying new,will phone BT help tomoz,very nervous,as i previously bought a phone from my last internet provider

for my sons 21st, and had 2 yrs of stress and trouble over it.This is the first smart phone i have bought for myself

and my first mobile for over a yr.

the problem is that it keeps jumping around apps etc(well the only way a techno phobe can explain it)

@karl1972 I'm sorry about the problems with your new mobile, did the help desk manage to get that sorted for you?
