"We've stopped your online journey " Error

Hi,

I'm attempting to place an order however after logging in with my BTID I receive the  following error:

We're sorry...

As a security precaution we've stopped your online journey as the landline number in your My BT account is different to your actual number. To update it, please take the following steps:

The steps in the remainder of the error message seem to refer to an older version of the account pages so are not working.
