I have BT Virus protect on my Samsung 5 Mobile.
Last night I got a message "Your device is locked" and asked for a PIN
Cannot recall a PIN, so I indicated that I had forgot the PIN. Got a message to say "No Problem. Just choose how you want to reset it" and I indicated "Send me an E-Mail"
The email I received does not give ANY indication about how to reset my PIN
Any help will be appreciated.
I'm sorry you haven't been able to reset you pin. If you contact the BT Mobile Chat Team, they'll be able to help you with this.
