unable to access BT Mobile portal

Hi,

When connecting to the mymobile section of www.bt.com I get two errors

1.somethings gone wrong try again later

2. No SIMs identified

No one has been able to help so far. I wouldlike to setup parental controls on the mobiles etc. Please cna someone help

I have spoken with lots of BT folks. All very nice but no one able to help so far

Hi @breznik

in that case I will ask a moderator to assist you. They will post a link for you to contact them tomorrow. They will take ownership until it’s resolved to save you contact all the different parts of BT.

@breznik we've chased this up again this afternoon with the specialist team and I'm continuing to monitor the case. Hopefully it won't be too much longer until this is resolve and as soon as I have any new information I'll get back in touch.

@breznik I'm really sorry about the delay getting back to you. I tried calling there but missed you, I've been informed that the problem with your BT mobile portal should be resolved. Please can you check this and post back to let me know if everything is working now?

The third number is now showing and I was able to set the restrictions. It is not yet allowing me for the other two.
I am sure this will correct itself in due course. @NeilO thank you for all your efforts and keeping me updated all the way

@breznik no problem, are you able to manage the other two numbers yet? I might have to go back to the bt.com team to get that aspect sorted.
