unable to progress an order

if i try to progress an order i keep getting the following message 'Sorry, the postcode provided is different to the postcode where service is provided on this account. Please check and re-enter.@ ive lived here since ive had BT and need to change my mobile plan, also the app keeps crashing on my phone.  Bloody frustrating and annoying as if ive got nothing better to do with my time....
