upgrading bt mobile

I am currently due for an upgrade and having trouble ordering.

 

Would I have to go through another credit check to upgrade even though I already went through one in the first place to get it?

Hi @Kayleigh-x welcome to the community and thanks for posting, existing customers who ask for new products are internally credit checked. This is based on your payment history to us in the last 12 months, are you trying to upgrade online?

@NeilO  Yes i was trying to upgrade online and it failed, but obviously i still need the contract going and has the phone for 2 years now so it's obviously wearing out
