I have been waiting since May to be able to watch BT Sport on my you view box. After two visits from engineers and many contacts with customer support still nothing happening and I still get a blank screen. BT still continue to take the money from my account and it seems even though they are not fulfilling their end of the contract I am stuck in it at my end. This might be a good court case.
Looking at your other thread ... there was an offer of mod assistance made in mid August - not clear whether you were able to take up that offe of asssistance.
