I have cancelled my BT TV subscription. I bought a number of films from BT and was assured I would still be able to access these if I cancelled my TV subscription through the BT TV app.
The app is not accepting my BT ID and password. I still have an active phone line with BT and the BT ID still works fine with logging in to My BT to view my bills etc. I just can't get in to the BT TV app.
