Accessing multi room via app

Hi there I am a newbie thrown in at the deep end here problems accessing multi room via by TV app I have a smart TV but somehow can't any help would be appreciated thanks

Probably a good idea to describe what BT TV and  BT Sport services you currently have .

Also is the Tv a Samsung (2015 or later) model or another brand.

I'm sorry you're having a problem accessing BT sport on your Smart TV. Can you take a look at How to log in to the BT TV App
