I am a BT Broadband customer with Sky Q. I am trying to add BT Sport to my Sky Q package through the BT Sport website. I have entered the viewing card number, together with my address as requested. I have checked and rechecked. Each time I receive an error telling me the card is not recognised at this address. I have a green tick next to the card number.
Is this a Sky Q issue, as they do refer in the notes to adding your Sky HD card number?
Anyone else had this issue, and how did you resolve this please?
