Ask for engineer intervention

Good morning,

My question might be a bit stupid but I ordered BT Tv a few months back and didn't asked for an engineer intervention to full install it ( silly I know) and I wanted to know if I could ask for it now and if yes how?

Hi @MaxyMaxy  boxes themselves are pretty much plug and play, provided that you have the hub / broadband connection nearby and can attach the supplied Ethernet cable, or are able to use Wi-Fi on the newer TV Box Pro.
