Atrocious Service - Charged £25 for nothing. Refund needed - ID106 Error
I've been trying unsuccessfully to login to your now Tv App and getting error message ID 106. It took me 30 minutes of asking for help and the first person I spoke to seemed utterly unaware that there was even a BT sport app on Roku
I spoke to someone over the phone this morning who said this was because my BT ID didn't have sports added and prompted me to restart my monthly subscription - I did this receiving confirmation of my payment of £25 but no more details.
I'm now still being prompted to 'upgrade to sports monthly pass' AFTER I've already upgraded and paid for this upgrade. I'm missing the match I intended to watch after I was told that this would work after I've upgraded to BT Sports.
This is along the worst experiences I've had with subscription anywhere and I need this to be resolved ASAP
