BT Sport works fine on my box however, I am still waiting for the code for the online APP.
The Reds are playing today and I am stuck in work!.
Any way round this apart from the dodgy ways.
The app said it needs to confirm that I am the account hgolder and they have posted a pin number to my house.. that was around a week ago.
I've not come across that 1 before( I'm not saying its wrong or incorrect) and I can't remember seeing anything pn here about it.
Maybe somebody like a MOD or another customer can help you with this
