I'm not sure where you mean? Where do I find the option to 'restrict' on the right?

If this is in iPad settings, under which section?

If it is the App settings then I do not see any option to restrict.

If you go into settings app, the screen will split into two. On the left hand side is now settings, on the right, general. About three quarters of the way down on the right is the option "restrictions". Is this on or off?

Sorry, I'm not trying to be dumb but I simply don't see that? In settings in the App all I see is 'About', 'Feedback', 'General - to enable mobile streaming' and 'Accessibility' and this is in the center and not on a split screen.

Hi, the only two things I can find on the web are the restrictions have been switched on or try the reset button. Apart from that I have run out of ideas.

Hi Chris0109

 

The product team are not able to replicate the issue I'm afraid.

 

I did have a look myself and found lots of customers on the Apple community with the same problem, please take a look here, wonder if the advice on there might be more useful to you?

 

I am so sorry that we havent been able to provide you with any help, but looking at the Apple community it would seem that it has happened to more than a few customers with a selection of different apps.
