BT Online App & SKY

Hi

Been unable to watch BT Sport online or via app as it gives an error "You haven't activated BT Sport on your account yet"

I do have BT Sports on SKY box and under my products in MY BT it shows BT Sports on sky box and also lists that I am able to watch online or via app.

When I try to activate BT Sports it tells me that I already have BT Sports.

Called BT and they have failed to fix it via the helpdesk. The last time it was because my account is moving over to infinity. Before that it was something wrong with my account and nobody called back.

Am I only entitled to watch on sky ?

This is driving me crazy having to go in circles with no fix.

Press "I have a problem or fault" and press live chat, they should fix it for you.
