BT SPORT on Xbox App

Hello!

I have BT Sport through EE, and watch it on my phone through the app quite happily. I’ve recently purchased the ‘large screen’ add-on to watch it on my larger television via the BT Sport App on Xbox.

when I try and login, it accepts my credentials but then says that I do not have the correct subscription to view. So I need BT Sport Ultimate?

If you have a free subscription from EE, I believe it's only for small screen (mobile, tablet etc) access. If you should have full access you will need to speak with EE
