BT Sport App 4k HDR Samsung Q70r TV Not Working

Having previously been able to view BT sport ultimate on the tv through the app it now shows in the compatibility checker that my tv is not able to display 4k hdr on this device. All other connection and account are showing green ticks just the device 4k and hdr as red ticks.

App showing as version 2.24.5 - 1.0.3

Tried uninstalling app, tried restarting and factory resetting tv and still no luck.

Anyone any ideas?

It's not you - it's us. Sorry about that.

We're having issues with our content delivery that is currently preventing us from delivering BT Sport Ultimate to some devices. It should be fixed by the time we return from the international break on September 11th.
