BT Sport App Activation Error ID003

Hi I can see that this issue has come up before in some older threads but there doesnt seem to be a direct answer on how to go about fixing it?

Despite having the app work at my previous address on the same device after a homemove this now no longer works.Tells me to activate the app with an error code of ID003.I activate and then try to log in and it does the same thing again.

As per other posts i can view BT Sport through my TV but when i check my online account it says I no longer have it?

Can anyone help?

Hi @JayFedd,

I'm sorry the BT Sport App isn't working following your recent home move. Its sounds like the App is still linked to the service at the old address. I'll be able to get corrected. Please can you send me in your details using the "Contact The Mods" link found in my profile?

Hi @JayFedd sorry for the delay in getting to your case. I can see that the BT Sport App should now be working ok for you as the fault is closed. Please can you confirm that it is now working or if you still need our help with this.

I’m having a similar problem following a move and some other account related issues. When I try to login to the app I get a message to activate BT Sport with a code ID003. I follow the link to BT.com which tells me I don’t have BT Sport. However if I check my package details it clearly shows that I have the BT Sport Pack on the app and online player.

Would be grateful for any help.
