I'm sorry the BT Sport App isn't working following your recent home move. Its sounds like the App is still linked to the service at the old address. I'll be able to get corrected. Please can you send me in your details using the "Contact The Mods" link found in my profile?
Hi @JayFedd sorry for the delay in getting to your case. I can see that the BT Sport App should now be working ok for you as the fault is closed. Please can you confirm that it is now working or if you still need our help with this.
I’m having a similar problem following a move and some other account related issues. When I try to login to the app I get a message to activate BT Sport with a code ID003. I follow the link to BT.com which tells me I don’t have BT Sport. However if I check my package details it clearly shows that I have the BT Sport Pack on the app and online player.
Would be grateful for any help.
