I have been unable to watch live Sport on BT App for a number of weeks now. I previously had an ID006 message which despite numerous chats with BT “online help” couldn’t be resolved. Having almost given up I tried again to log on and the error message has now changed to ID003. I can view BT Sport on TV and my bill shows I have BT Sport so I know I am a subscriber! However I don’t seem to be able to sort out my access problem.
I have seen other historic posts on this which had to be resolved by moderator. Ready to give up to be honest so any help would be appreciated.
