I've just bought a chromecast as I can't seem to download the BT Sport App to a Samsung tv. Now I'm trying to log in to the BT Sport app on my phone but getting the dreaded ID006 error, even though the email address and password are correct (I can log into my account etc). Its a problem on both my phone and my husband's. Tried deleting cache, reinstalling app but no success. This seems a common problem noted here - but no solutions seem to have been posted!
I'm a BT broadband and TV customer including BT Sport, with an EE mobile.
