I signed up for BT large screen through my EE mobile contract a month ago. It’s works fine through my mobile but when o try to cast to my tv I get a message telling me I need to sign up for the casting subscription. I assumed the large screen subscription would let me cast, otherwise what’s the point in the large screen part?? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
It definitely should Gavin, but EE need to tell us that your subscription has changed. You're not the first person I've heard report this issue - I can only recommend you report this to EE by calling 07953 966 250.
