BT Sport Monthly Pass

Today I purchased the BT Sport monthly pass without realising I cannot watch this on my laptop, which is the only reason I bought this. 

I am not a BT broadband customer but do have the BT Sport App through my EE contract. 

I am yet to receive any confirmation that my order went through (no email) but can see the purchase on my bank statement.

How can I request a refund without having any details available?
