Hi Rotimi,

Welcome and thanks for posting. Can you just confirm that you are having the same issue, you previously had BT Sport free with an EE mobile package which has now ended and you have just taken out the Monthly Pass with BT?

I still have BT Sport free with an EE mobile package and have just taken out the Monthly Pass with BT to allow me to also watch BT sport on my computer/TV.

However it still doesn't work.

Hi, I'm also having a similar problem.

I have BT sport with EE as part of their max plan. I'm still able to watch BT sport on my phone, but not on my computer and it comes up with the upgrade subscription message.

What can I do to solve this?

im also having this problem i upgraded from the free package to BT ultimate and every time i log into the ps4 app or windows app and i get a message saying i need to upgrade my package
