Could you please follow the instructions at BT.com/help/id003 @Beagle53 and follow the steps to check your account is set up correctly
Thanks but it doesn’t apply as our account has been set up a while and works on our phones. The app just stopped working on the Firestick so can’t watch it on TV. It failed to work so installed the app but now comes up with an error after logging in.
If it works on your phones but not on the Fire stick then that would suggest it thinks you have a mobile-only subscription on that account. Could you please send me a DM with the BT ID you're trying to log in with, and I'll check it out.

Hi @Rosler1511, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't cast the BT Sport app. The casting facility is only available on the on some packages. How do you have the Sport App? ie Is it part of a BT Sport subscription on BT TV or Sky, or is it part of your BT or EE mobile subscription?

HI. I seem to be having the same problem. I am able to log into my BT Sports app using my phone but when ive tried to set my tv up this morning ready for later tonight I keep getting the error code ad153.
Code: ID153 on PS4!
Reinstalled App - more than once .....
Re-enter EVERYTHING again & again.
