I’m having the same issue in that when I log in it comes up with the error code: ID153

How do I solve this?

First step is to make sure the account with your BT Sport subscription is applied to your BT ID. Follow the instructions here: www.bt.com/help/id003

I’m also having the same issues when attempting to login into the BT sport app on Xbox and iOS.

error code: ID153
