When streaming BT Sport from the hub to my TV, why does it keep freezing every few seconds? This happens only with BT Sport, I can stream Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube etc perfectly well. Despite all the hype and publicity surrounding BT Sport and how wonderful it is, this problem renders it unwatchable. Anyone else suffer the same? If so, is there a cure? Thanks.
By the way BT, if you're monitoring this forum, why can't I use the "contact us" function to post my query? You get as far as the "FAQ's" then no further. Webchat is even worse. 45 minutes to confirm my name, contact details, the nature of my query and then be transferred to a "specialist" is ridiculous.
I can watch BT Sport with no problem on my iPad or iPhone through the BT Sport app. The freezing issue only occurs while streaming to my smart TV and it only occurs with BT Sport, everything else is fine.
