BT Sport monthly pass still not working !!!

Purchased the BT Sport Monthly pass on December 12th, has never worked or even showed up in my BT account (although I have several emails saying it's all ready to go) and I have been charged the £25 (checked with the bank)

Logged a complaint on Thursday evening and was contacted Friday morning saying it was being looked into. I haven't heard anything since and it's now Monday lunchtime. I have given up expecting this problem to be fixed so would just rather cancel it and get my money back. However there is a problem I cannot cancel the monthly pass because the only way to cancel it says is through the cancel subscription screen in my BT account (according to BT website). Seeing as my account isn't showing my subscription how can I cancel it!!

Suggestions anybody because there is no way I'm paying for something that I can't use.
