Please could someone help as neither BT or Sky are getting near resolving this issue.
I am a BT fibre and BT Sport customer and also a Sky TV customer. I watch BT Sport via my sky box. I have, this week, had Sky Q installed however now my BT Sport does not work on neither my main box or mini box?!
Numerous phone calls back and forth with both BT and Sky - but both blaming each other. They have checked my Sky viewing care number (this matches) and my address details (this also matches exactly) but still when I go to ch.413 it says that I need to subscribe to watch???
BT have now said they have to raise this as a more complicated technical issue and are not sure how long this will take to resolve!!! Surely there must be an easy fix?!?!
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you solve it!
