I have the BT Sport App on my iPhone at the moment which I pay £5 a month extra for.
@idavies999 sorry about the typo in the last post, I have edited the post.
You will need the BTTV Extra app to watch BT Sport via an Amazon Firestick. Do you currently have a BTTV as part of your package?
Then no I'm afraid the BT Sport app is not available on Amazon fire sticks, whatever your package is.
What is your exact package and I can tell you whether you can get it on our large screen platforms or not (Samsung TV's, Xbox, Playstation, Apple TV) and if you can cast it.
ie. are you an EE customer, BT Mobile customer with bolt-on, BT Broadband with sport app etc?
I have BT Super Fibre Plus Broadband, and subscribe to the BT Sport App, that's all I have,
I think I need a BTTV subscription and BTAppExtra to get BT Sport on my Amazon Fire TV but that's what I'd like someone to tell me, exactly I need.
The BT Sport app itself is not available on Amazon devices - but the BTTV app is available.
The BTTV app will give you access to all the BT Sport channels you subscribe to (except Ultimate).
If you want to watch BT Sport on Firestick, then you'll need to be a BT TV subscriber yes. You'll also need to get BT App extra.
Then you can stream any of the BT TV channels on Firestick, including BT Sport
The BT Sport app, which is separate and that you currently have, is not on Firesticks. It is available on ios, android, apple tv, samsung tv, xbox, playstation.
Let me know if any other questions.
I’m seriously beginning to
loose my patience here I’ve got BT Tv, and App extra and I still can’t get into BT Sport
Hi - sorry for the ongoing confusion here. Not all BT TV packages come with Bt sport. Have you got a package which includes Bt sport? If not then of course you won’t be able to stream it on fire stick or anywhere else I’m afraid.
