BT Sport on EE - Browser Player Not Working - WJ900

Go to solution

I have the add on for BT Sport on my EE contract, the mobile app on my phone works but the online player (player.bt.com) does not. When I login I receive the error WJ900.

The website player (bt.com/sport/watch) works.

I have cleared cookies, still does not work.

I have a similar problem, we can’t login on the web so check registered devices or add a new device as we just get this error. Anyone managed to help you? I posted but haven’t received any help

If your subscription is through EE, you'll need to contact EE.
You have no account with BT, you simply have a BT ID which is working for you.

Mine is through BT, always worked until recently but now we get the Wj900 error when login on any browser. We watch BT through sky Most of the time but wanted to add an additional device and can’t seem to do it as we can’t log in via the net.

@sb10 @Suechandler73 player.bt.com is for BT TV subscribers - you need a BT TV subscription to use it. You say that bt.com/sport/watch works - so why are you trying to use player.bt.com?

I'm wanting to be able to add/remove devices, as far as i'm aware this is the only place to do so?

The BT Sport app has no device registration requirement - you can switch device every time you watch it. The only limit is on the number of devices that can be used simultaneously with the same BT ID.
