I am fed up of not being given a straight answer as to why we cannot watch BT Sport through the TV aerial!!! we can watch it online but want to watch it on the tv an i have now spoken to 3 advisors, registered interest twice been told we need a viewing card but cannot order one, absolutely shocking service, will not be renewing with BT!!!

Do you currently have a BT Vision box or a Youview box?

Re: BT Sport through TV Aerial

I meant which of the two do you have?

BT Sport via the TV aerial is only available on a BT Vision box. It is SD only and you'll need a viewing card. If you can sucessfully receive ITV4, Yesterday, Viva then your current aerial is sufficient.

What is the problem when you try and order a viewing card?

Re: BT Sport through TV Aerial

I'm told to call BT when I try oredering online and when I call BT they say someone will call me regarding placing an order, I have been trying to resolve this for over 3 months now, way before BT Sport went live.

Re: BT Sport through TV Aerial

Since this is effectively a new order rather than a fix you could try the order line 0800 756 7566 rather than the support line if you're not doing so already. They may be better at responding to sales calls.

Re: BT Sport through TV Aerial

have tried that as well, got put on hold then got cut off twice!!! BT obviously don't want the buisness, I'm just glad that my contract is now out of date and therefore I can cancel the whole of my service including the phone and broadband.
