BT Sport,vision and TV

Does any body know if BT Sport,Vision and TV all require different usernames/passwords

Hi @KennyR,

To access the BT Sport and BT TV Apps you'll need the account holders BT ID username and password.

Hi. Thanks for responding to my query.I know about having a user name,usually the BT ID but I wanted to know if a different password was required for each app but I have been having problems with passwords recently,especially getting BT Sport on my mobile

@KennyR Your BT ID will have only the one password. Is it possible that your mobile has stored an old password which is prefilled in the BT Sport app?
