Hello! Hoping for help since i’ve read some similar posts on this topic here.
I recently upgraded to Sky Q. BT Sport stopped working so I had to call BT to reactivate this. All fine. Annoyingly, I want to watch BT Sports on the TV which has the mini box so last week I called BT to add this and pay the additional fee.
After multiple calls (getting transferred department to department) and using the online chat many times, it’s not working. They told me to wait 48 hours and they would call me but that time has now passed and it isn’t working and I haven’t received a call. I can’t face another evening on the online chat tonight!
Please could someone help?
