Hi, I have just moved over to BT TV, I have a BT YouView box, I have BT Sports and can watch it via the BT Sports app on my iPad but I can’t watch it on my YouView Box, It says I have to subscribe but I already have it?
Any help or assistance would be great, thanks 😉
Try pressing OK on the remote in response to that message, if that doesn't do it then there is someting wrong with the way your account has been setup

@IanTaylor79 did you subscribe to the app version of BT Sport separately or did you include it as part of your BT TV pack?
It sounds like an account problem then, if so you will need assistance from one of the mods e.g. @NeilO
