@lashy1947 once the original 4 device slots have been filled, you can then only make one change every 30 days. I can't see any devices having been added in the last 30 days though, so I've reset your account.
I've logged into my BT tv app to watch one of my purchases and it says I have too many devices registered however they are blank and padlocked. Please can you unlock them?
