I see on my bill I am now paying £5 per month for BT TV App EXTRA - how do I cancel this as I am not sure how its appeared on my account and I would never watch sport on my phone

Hi @KPM welcome to the community and thanks for posting, do you cast or watch the BT TV app on a large screen device? The BT TV App Extra subscription is needed if you watch the BT TV app on a large screen.

no I didn't - all I would like to do is cancel the BT TV App EXTRA facility that is now on my monthly account. So my question is how do I go about cancelling this option and just keeping BT TV only
