BT TV App won’t register second device.

I have downloaded app on Samsung TV. Every time I log in to register second device it knocks me out and suggests I upgrade to BT TV APP Extra. The device manager on my iPad indicate it’s the only device registered. 

Any suggestions.

Pretty sure to watch on the Samsung TV you do have to upgrade to App Extra. Check with the sales team

So a TV is not classed as a device? Surely that information should be very easy to find. I too have been frustrated with this situation. There should be a help link explaining what type of devices are allowed e.g. tablets, phones, PC and what are not allowed TVs. I joined BT 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems, whether its logging in to App, my online account, registering devices....If it hadn't of took 15 days into my contract to figure out and solve my problems, I'd of cancelled my service. But heh, sods law, 1 day past the 14 days, so I'm stuck, but I figured out 1 thing at least, BT sucks and I'm out as soon as my contract ends....
